Safety Fences
Our Safety Fence System is very flexible and can be adjusted to almost all floor plans. To avoid any adjustments during the assembly process, an individual safety fence plan which takes into account all specifics is created for every project. As we do not work with any constants our fences can always be adjusted to all machines, plants, and foundations.
The steel elements and their wire-mesh-filling are powder-coated according to the RAL Colour Space System. We recommend the combination of RAL 1028 for the posts and RAL 9005 for the fence elements. The powder-coating can be done in almost all colours of the RAL Colour Space System. In addition, it is also possible to have the elements liquid-coated according to the NCS Colour Space System.
All doors and gates are delivered with a fully installed electrical system, so that the semi-detached cables of the limit switch and the operating elements integrated into the posts only need to be attached to the controller in the switch cabinet. The operating elements can be implemented with up to six switches.
